It takes a while to get to scene like this one , where the dandified antique dealer ignites his own booze breath and unwrap he ’s beleaguer by spiky bat wight . Then we watch the creatures dismember him and fight over his stiff , thanks to Diesel ’s adapted nighttime vision . Two more bizarre Pitch cartridge clip , after the saltation .
The other two insane moments in Pitch : Vin Diesel ’s drug - addicted parole police officer gets impaled and then decapitated by one of the monsters . And then Diesel gets so pissed off he wrestles one of the monsters . He ’s so tempestuous , his head get weirdly distorted and elongated . you may see his furiousness through the monster ’s weird trace vision .
