Both company have lastly put an end to their bickering over the Apple trademark . Under the accord , Jobs ’ Apple “ will own all of the trademark relate to “ Apple ” and will certify sure of those trademark back to Apple Corp for their continue use . ” The inquiry now is — how soon before the Fab Four make their way to iTunes ?
