As the 31-year-old pursues a second master’s degree and doctorate simultaneously in her own right, the mom of three stopped to reflect on the growth and achievement she’s seen in her andNick Cannon’s three kids —Rise Messiah, 14 months,Powerful Queen, who turns 3 later this month, andGolden Sagon, 6.
Showing Powerful working on some art on her screen, the mom of three raved, “She’s navigating well on the track pad at age 2!! Let’s go pow pow✨❤️.”
Later, Bell shared video of the three siblings sitting together at a little table enjoying dinner together. Of her toddler, she wrote, “My big boy already sitting so grown up with his big brother and sister.”

In October, the three kidsgave their dad an extra special giftfor his 43rd birthday, making him birthday cupcakes.
Golden and Rise stirred the batter, while Powerful put cupcake liners on the baking tray and smiled as she poured some of the batter into the liners.
At the end of the video, the three kids presented their father with the cupcakes, each topped with a birthday candle. “Golden, Pow Pow and Rizzy Rise made me the most Ncredible gifts today!! Truly my sunshine!” thefather of 12wrote in his caption.
“Even though I’m not big on celebrating myself on this day my children are the best gifts one could ask for! Thank you Gang! Daddy loves you.”
Appearing onThe Language of Love with Dr. Laura Bermanearlier this year, Cannon revealed he was in conversation with Bell aboutfilling in their oldest about the scope of Cannon’s family tree.
“I think right now is the time to start having, and this has been a family debate, about when to have the full and honest discussion with the 6-year-oldbecause he’s a genius,” he said at the time.

“I think he’s kind ofalready figured it out. He knows he has other siblings. Even within his own house, he’s not an only child,” Cannon continued. “He knows abouthis older siblings. He’s been around the younger ones. He’s been around them, just nobody talks about it. It’s not like, ‘This is your brother or your sister.'”
“And I think the school that he’s in, he’s on the internet. He knows his dad is known for having a lot of kids,” he noted, though he said the second grader has never asked.
“The time is now before another kid at the school says [something],” he suggested. “But I think it’s not going to be a difficult conversation.”

Cannon is father to two children withAlyssa Scott— sonZen, whodiedat five months old in December 2021 after being diagnosed with brain cancer, and daughterHalo Marie Cannon, who celebrates her first birthday later this month.
