It ’s been a tenacious prison term since we had an update on the long - delayed Battlestar Galactica motion picture . And the latest snatch of newsworthiness is a walloper . Bryan Singer is claiming that his moving-picture show ’s playscript , penned by John Orloff ( Band of Brothers , Anonymous ) will be able to gibe in with both the 1978 master , and the reboot that aired in 2003 . Sure ! Why not ?
In an audience withIGN , Singer explicate that the current script was in rewrites , but can fall away into any BSG TV series .
“ It will live , I think , quite well between the Glen Larson and Ron Moore universes . But that ’s all I require to say about it . But it ’s acquire quite well , and quite recently . I ’ve been develop this for a while , and certain things came to realisation recently , and I hope to do it . ”

We ’re not certain how that ’s possible , but if it takes place during the back end of the Cylon wars , sure maybe . But still , it ’s passably inconceivable to think how that can turn in any satisfying fashion .
