With help from Kurtz and the great Joe Palmer who’s a bartender at the bar, I got down and dirty (and maybe a little tipsy) whipping up these drinks on Bourbon street right in the middle of the French Quarter! Thank you Kurtz for being the designated driver that day!
Try one of our four cocktails below, and let me know what you think of the drinks!



Irish Eyes½ oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey½ oz. Green Crème de Menthe1 oz. White Crème de Cacaocream/milkGreen sugar2 cherries through a sword/stir straw
Fill ice shaker with ice and fill with first 3 ingredients. Pour in a rocks or bucket glass. Top with cream and sprinkle with sugar. Garnish with 2 cherries (for drunken, bloodshot eyes!)

Pot of Gold2 oz. vodka½ oz. St. Germain Elderflower LiquorGinger Beer2 cucumber slices for garnishGreen sugar rim
Fill Collins glass with ice and fill with the vodka, elderflower liquor and ginger beer. Add. cucumber and green-tinted sugar rim for garnish.

The Irish¾ oz. Kahlua¾ oz. Amaretto2 oz. cream or milkGreen sprinkles (cake sprinkles) or sugarServed in a rocks/Bucket glass
Fill rocks or bucket glass with ice. Add next 3 ingredients and top with green sugar.
