Demi Lovatois getting candid about what makes her feel like she’s at her best.
“I feel the mostconfidentwhen I’m having sex,” Lovato (who uses she/they pronouns) revealed during a two-part episode with theLadyGangpodcast released Tuesday.
“Cause you’re so present that you’re not thinking about what is actually like… what clouds your judgment throughout the rest of the day, or at least that’s how it is for me. It’s not that way for everybody,” the “Sorry Not Sorry” artist, 31, shared in part two of the interview.

Lovato is currently dating indie rock musicianJutes. The couple met when he came onboard to work on their 2022 albumHOLY FVCK.
TheLADYBUGartist often references how their paths crossed on social media.
“Your heart has changed lives all over the planet… especially some dude from a farm in canada who wound up in your session over a year ago,” he said in an Aug. 20Instagrambirthday post showing his appreciation for the star.
“Oh my God.. BABY!!! This is the sweetest f—ing caption!! You make my life infinitely better and I don’t know what I would do without you,” she wrote in the comment section, adding that he was “the best boyfriend in the universe” and “the perfect human.”
“It’s a really happy and healthy relationship. He’s a super great guy,”a source told PEOPLEwhen it was confirmed that the pair was dating that August.

Inpart one of theLadyGangpodcastreleased last week, Lovato admitted she wasn’t always super confident in front of Jutes.
“The way that I met my boyfriend was actually in a session,” the performer told hosts Keltie Knight, Becca Tobin and Jac Vanek. “He is a musician himself, but he also co-writes on other people’s music. So he came into the session and I literally was like, ‘Who is this guy?’ ”

“I texted my friends and was like, ‘Oh my God, the hottest guy just walked In. I am so nervous. I don’t know what to do with myself,' ” Lovato recalled.
The “Cool for the Summer” singer then explained that they and Jutes didn’t start dating for “a couple months” because “he was just so focused on the music.”
“So we were friends for a while and then told each other how we felt,” she added.
On Monday, Lovato sat down with PEOPLE forOne Last Thingand admitted that performing in front of her boyfriend is one of the few times she still feels timid.

The “La La Land” hitmaker confessed she gets nervous if “it’s like a televised show or performance, or my boyfriend is in the audience.”
“I get nervous if he’s there,” Lovato said.
However, the two apparently work very well together.HOLY FVCKearned their team a No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Top Rock & Alternative Albums chart.
