When Jacqueline MacInnes isn’t busy on the set ofThe Bold and the Beautiful, she’s keeping up with her four children: Rise, Lenix, Brando and Valor.
The soap opera star shares her four sons with her husband, Hollywood talent agent Elan Ruspoli. After the couple eloped in July 2018 while on vacation in Italy, they started their family the following year.
Jacqueline gave birth to their son Rise in March 2019, and within two years, Lenix arrived in February 2021. Not too long after, Brando was born in May 2022, and Valor completed the group in August 2023.
Speaking toFirst For Womenin March 2024, the actress revealed that her role as a mom has been her favorite yet. “I’m a mama bear,” she said. “And I feel like I’ve never been more authentically me than I am now.”
Since embracing parenthood, Jacqueline has looked at her health in a different way, including prioritizing exercising. “Having kids, it changes your perspective,” she explained. “It’s quality of life, longevity and being able to run with my kids. I’m working so that when I’m 70, I can keep up with my grandchildren.”
While the Daytime Emmy Award-winner maintains the privacy of her sons, she shares glimpses of their family life on social media from time to time.

Jacqueline and Ruspoli welcomed their first child, Rise Harlen Ruspoli, on March 4, 2019.
The pair chose their son’s unique namebecause it signifies “growth, the simplicity of moving forward,” Jacqueline told PEOPLE. She added, “We look to our son as an uplifting force toward positive change and a better world.”
Before Rise’s birth, the actress announced her pregnancy to her cast and crew while filming a scene inThe Bold and The Beautiful, in which she was walking down a catwalk in lingerie. As the cameras rolled, she yelled, “I just wanna let you all know: your girl is pregnant!”
Afterward, Jacqueline spoke toEntertainment Tonightabout the different emotions she was feeling over her impending motherhood. “[I’m excited about] how much love I am going to give," she told the outlet. “I feel like I am a happy, positive person, and it’s the most beautiful, yet scary new chapter because of the amount of love that I am going to give this child.”
TheFinal Destination 5star also shared her personal news in a since-deleted Instagram video. “The rumors are truuuuee!! It’s not just a burrito in my belly it’s a burrito AND A BABY!!!!” she captioned it. “Ya gurrrlls PREGNANT!! So excited for this new chapter and SO happy I get to share it with all of you!”

In an August 2019 interview withSoap Opera Digest, Jacqueline revealed that while she initially felt overwhelmed leaving the hospital with a newborn, she quickly grew into her own. “Once I had him, I was like, ‘Okay, we got this,’ ” the actress recalled. “I felt a lot more comfortable.”
That same month, Jacqueline talked toSoaps In Depthand opened up about her parenthood experience so far, including Rise’s familiar look. “I feel as though I gave birth to my husband,” she said. “He has Elan’s eyes, which are very distinct, but he has my nose. And there’s a dimple on his chin, which we actually think he got from my mom.”
Today,Rise appears to lead his younger brotherswherever their adventures take them.

The actress announced the birth newson Instagramwith a sweet photo of her holding Lenix’s hand.
Before the special moment,The Bold and the Beautifulstar revealed her second pregnancy in October 2020 with a now-deleted clip on social media. “Once you pop, the fun don’t stop! Round 2 Lego! 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 #23weeks,” Jacqueline captioned it.

Since then, Jacqueline has shared photos of Lenix as he’s grown alongside his older brother and younger siblings. Fromtheir front yardtothe beach, Lenix can be spotted enjoying activities with his family.
Brando Elion Ruspoli, 2

Jacqueline and Ruspoli welcomed their third son, Brando Elion Ruspoli, in May 2022.
Jacqueline exclusively confirmed her third pregnancy to PEOPLE in November 2021. “Elan and I dreamed of having a large familyas we are both only children and are over the moon that our dreams are coming true,” she said.
Shortly after, the actress announced that she was expecting another child during an appearance onThe Talk. “Boop!! And another one! 🤰🏻,“Jacqueline captioned a videoof the segment.

A few months prior, Jacqueline subtly dropped the announcement that she was going to have a fourth child during an April 2023 appearanceonThe Talk. While celebratingThe Bold and The Beautiful’s 9,000 episode, she mentioned her recent birthday trip to Las Vegas and added that she “couldn’t party hard becauseI’m pregnant again.”

“We just want a big family,” the actress said. “I do hear, ‘You’re trying for that girl, right?’ I think four children is nice and even, and this will be the last one.”
She also revealed that she was still filming her soap opera while pregnant, but it wasn’t written into her character Steffy’s storyline, so it meant the camera crew had to get creative.
“They’ve been doing certain shots and body shots,” she explained. “I know it’ll be that time where it turns, and I’ll really pop and they’ll be having full close-ups on me again to cover me up.”
More recently, Jacqueline wrapped up another summer with her kids, includingValor who appeared to enjoy the sun.
