“Catherine The Princess of Wales displayed such composure and grace today in her heartbreaking announcement. Hoping her treatment is successful and also for a kinder world,” the actress, 57,shared in a post on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

She continuedin another post, writing, “I myself underwent treatment for Breast Cancer last summer. Until now- I didn’t have the courage to go public. 8 months on I’m back in stilettos and filming 14 hour days.”

Bellman is referring to the revival ofLeverage, which originally ran for five seasons on TNT before ending in 2012.Redemptionfirst appeared on Freevee, but its upcoming third season will stream on Prime Video.

Bellman ended her update on a positive note, acknowledging any of her followers who may be undergoing the same medical journey. “For those undergoing treatment right now- there is light at the end of this tunnel ❤️‍🩹,” she wrote.

Fans of the actress rushed to share messages of support, prompting Bellman to post on Sunday, “Thank you all for the ❤️I do think theLeverageworld is a little cocoon of kindness xx.”

On Friday, Princess Kate, 42, shared thatshe’s been diagnosed with cancerand is undergoing chemotherapy. The news came afterweeks of speculationregarding the health and whereabouts of the royal, who was absent from public life followingplanned abdominal surgeryin January.

In her video, the princess shared that the cancer was discovered after the surgery.

“At the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous,” Princess Kate said. “The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present. My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventive chemotherapy, and I am now in the early stages of that treatment.”
