He reportedly added, “At the end of the day, people are going to f— with who they f— with, so stop trying to chase a friend. A friend is going to always be there.”

The film follows Lil Nas X on his Long Live Montero Tour and features footage of him in rehearsal, hanging with his large, boisterous family and meetingMadonna.
During its premiere on Saturday, the “Old Town Road” singer said he hopes viewers “get some realness from it because I’m always like, joking and trolling like 24/7," adding, “I hope they get a real side of me, and hopefully they love it.”
Lil Nas X may have inspired his brother to come out, but the Grammy winner wasn’t the first musician to embrace his sexuality in public. In an interview withHeavyearlier this year, he spoke about looking up to fellow queer pop starAdam Lambertfor paving the way.
